Brookstone Investment Corporation has completed the sale of its property at 4720 Highway 2A in Lacombe, Alberta, for $1,022,500 in an all‑cash transaction. The sale, finalized on April 2, 2026, allows Brookstone to reinvest in larger commercial properties that align with its long‑term growth plans.
Brookstone has owned and managed the single‑tenant building since 2017. The site is home to local radio station Sunny 94, which continues to operate from the location.
After accounting for an estimated mortgage payout of $593,000, the sale generated approximately $429,500 in cash proceeds—funds that will be redirected toward new opportunities across Alberta’s strong commercial property market.
“This property has been a solid part of our portfolio for several years,” said Bill Graham, Chief Executive Officer of Brookstone. “As our focus shifts to larger investment properties, this sale gives us the flexibility to pursue the next phase of our strategy while supporting continued economic growth in the communities where we work.”
