To meet this purpose, there are several objectives that the Company is pursuing as part of its Strategic Plan: 

1. Prepare the Company for meaningful asset growth.
2. Modernize the Company’s organizational documents
3. Rationalize, the Company’s existing portfolio of assets to optimize positive cashflow
4. Modernize the Company’s treasury functions, including its borrowing facilities.
5. Opportunistically add additional core Commercial Real Estate Assets.
6. Continue to pursue legal recoveries, where feasible
7. Grow the Company’s income-producing assets to $50MM
