- Asset value between $1MM and $10MM
- Geographically efficient to manage

Bill Graham, Chief Executive Officer
Bill Graham has 20 years of experience growing an asset management firm from inception to over $250MM in assets. Bill founded Rifco National Auto Finance as a private company, led it through a go-public transaction, and oversaw its growth and development to lend over $1B in less-than-prime auto loans. Bill Graham was a 2010 finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Denise Lester, President
Denise founded Sundance Realty & Management Inc, in 2009. As the broker/owner, she built Sundance Realty into a successful real estate company, specializing in commercial property management. In 2019 Brookstone purchased the company to ensure the control of the management of their real estate properties. Previously, Denise worked in the property management division of a national real estate entity.

Robyn Hycha CPA, CA, Chief Financial Officer
Robyn Hycha has over 10 years of accounting and financial reporting experience. She is responsible for overseeing all transactions, corporate finance, taxation and financial reporting. Prior to joining Brookstone, Robyn was the Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager at Rifco National Auto Finance. During her tenure in a public accountancy, Robyn provided accounting expertise to clients in the real estate and investment industry. Robyn earned a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Education at the University of Alberta and has been a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta organization (formerly Chartered Accountants of Alberta) since 2011.

Ty McDonald | Chairman of the Board
Ty McDonald is an entrepreneur and Insurance professional with over 18 years of experience in Insurance and Risk Management. In 2016, Ty became President of the Boreal Insurance Group which is now one of the leading brokerages in Central Alberta.
Denise Lester
Denise Lester is the President of Brookstone. Ms. Lester founded Sundance Realty & Management Inc, in 2009. As the broker/owner, she built Sundance Realty into a successful real estate company, specializing in commercial property management. In 2019 Brookstone purchased the company to ensure the control of the management of their real estate properties. Previously, Ms. Lester worked in the property management division of a national real estate entity.
Hessel Kielstra
Hessel Kielstra is President & CEO of the Vyefield Group of Companies. The Vyefield Group has operational divisions that include import and retail, poultry sales, general merchandise sourcing, bakery manufacturing and supply, and dairy production. The combined divisional sales achieve $60MM in annual sales. Hessel has experience leading several Mortgage Investment Corporations and has served as trustee/board member for several higher education institutions.
Bert Eggink
Since 2007, Bert Eggink has been President and Owner of Pearl Rose Construction Ltd (PRC). PRC delivers prime-contracting services to central Alberta from design to completion, and everything in between including construction management, integrated project-delivery, and public/private partnerships. PRC’s projects span from under $1k to over $13mm specializing in the commercial, retail, multi-family, healthcare, education, community provincial/municipal, and infrastructure sectors
