Brookstone Investment Corporation is pleased to announce it has ranked No. 151 on the 2025 Report on Business magazine’s ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies.
Canada’s Top Growing Companies ranks Canadian companies on three-year revenue growth. Brookstone earned its spot with three-year growth of 240%.
“We are honored to be recognized alongside so many pioneering Canadian companies,” said Bill Graham, CEO of Brookstone Investment Corporation. “Brookstone’s success is rooted in a disciplined, investor-centered strategy: acquiring and actively managing high-quality commercial real estate properties in Alberta with strong, stable tenancies. This approach delivers consistent rental revenue, mitigates cost volatility, and produces attractive returns and robust cash flow for our investors.”
Brookstone’s growth is further propelled by an innovative and diversified capital structure, featuring both equity and high-yield debenture offerings. Brookstone leverages unique deal structures — often inviting property sellers to become partners — which strengthens financial capacity and enables swift, strategic acquisitions. As Brookstone continues to expand its diversified property portfolio, the company amplifies earnings and reduces risk, supporting steadily growing distribution streams for investors.
Canada’s Top Growing Companies is an editorial ranking that was launched in 2019 to celebrate the achievements of innovative businesses in Canada. To qualify for this voluntary program; companies had to complete an in-depth application process and fulfill revenue requirements. In total, 400 companies earned a spot on this year’s ranking.

“Our annual ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies reflects the sector-spanning ingenuity of this country’s entrepreneurs and corporate leaders,” says Dawn Calleja, Editor of Report on Business magazine. “And we think it’s important to tell their stories, to help inspire the next generation of up-and-comers across the country.”
